A star among waxy varieties ; its elongated shape and yellow colour make it a very good-looking potato. Its fame derives principally from its particular taste : very fine, deep and melting.

Culinary characteristics : Well withstands cooking, sweet and no discolouring after cooking. Ideal for fried potatoes.
