The Sirtema


This potato is typified by the charm of its roundness, combined with its sweet taste and nutty aroma. Familiar to all French restaurateurs, as well as to all the great
names in French cuisine, it casts its spell over tables from the month of April.

Annual Production : 3 800 à 4 500 T

Area cultivated : 180 to 220 hectares

Sales : 50% in the Nantes region, 20% in the Paris region and 30% in the other regions of France.

Culinary characteristics : Well withstands cooking, sweet and no discolouring after cooking. Ideal for fried potatoes.
